David Blair

Marketing Support Specialist

David Blair works for Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC, and its affiliate companies, as a Marketing Support Specialist.  David is located in the company's national corporate headquarters office in San Diego, California. 

David joined Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC in 2014.  He is responsible for assisting and supporting Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC's Sales and Marketing Group.  David joins us from a varied background.  Immediately prior to joining Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC he worked for a firm that specialized in providing replacement property solutions for investors' 1031 Exchange transactions, including Tenant-In-Common investment properties and Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs).

David Blair spent 20 years in the interior design industry managing offices for high end interior designers.  David also had his own custom drapery workroom.  His first career fresh out of college was working for over a decade in the international import/export industry, where he managed offices in Boston, Washington DC and Miami.  David has traveled extensively throughout much of Europe and Japan assisting major corporations with sound and practical cost comparisons in order to provide opportunities to increase their profit margin.

Hobbies include antiques, and spending quality time with friends and family.
