October 21, 2014--San Diego, California--Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC announced today that Elizabeth Harris joined The Exeter Group of Companies as Vice President, Marketing and Business Development. Based in The Exeter Group's Los Angeles and Orange County Regional Office, Elizabeth Harris will direct the national marketing and business development efforts for The Exeter Group of Companies, including, Exeter 1031 Exchange Services LLC, Exeter IRA Services LLC, and their affiliate companies.
Prior to joining The Exeter Group of Companies, Ms. Harris served as Marketing Manager for WaMu 1031 Exchange (Formerly TIMCOR Exchange Corporation or TIMCOR 1031). Her expertise spans 1031 Exchange transactions, Tenant-In-Common (TIC) investment properties, and Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) investment properties. She is a sought-out authority for Like-Kind replacement property solutions for 1031 Exchange transactions pursuant to IRS Revenue Procedure 2002-22 and Revenue Ruling 2004-86.
Ms. Harris frequently speaks and presents on 1031 Exchange topics. She is involved in numerous professional organizations such as the Real Estate Investment Securities Association (REISA, formerly TICA); AIR Commercial Real Estate; Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM); Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW); International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); California Escrow Association, San Gabriel Valley Escrow Association, Orange County Escrow Association, and NorCal Escrow Association; National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP); and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). She holds a BA in finance and management from the University of San Diego and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
