December 1, 2018--San Diego, California--Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC announced today that it has continued the national expansion of its 1031 Exchange Services Group through the opening of its Mountain Regional Office located in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
The Mountain Regional Office address is 205 Storey Boulevard, Suite 200, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82009 and will be under the leadership and direction of Anton "Tony" Hammock, Senior Vice President, Chief Trust Officer and Trust Operations Manager who recently relocated to Cheyenne, Wy.
The Mountain Regional Office will be responsible for the sales, marketing and client relationship management for the greater mountain areas, including, but not limited to the states of Wyoming, Colorado, South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana, Nebraska, and Utah. The Mountain Regional Office in Cheyenne will also be the new headquarters for the company's Trust Operations Department that is responsible for all of the 1031 Exchange Services Group's trust funds accounting, reconcilements, and electronic funds transfers.
Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC's new Mountain Regional Office will provide the same comprehensive Forward, Reverse, and Improvement ("Build-To-Suit" or "Construction") 1031 Exchange services and strategies for individual, corporate and institutional clients.
