SEC Issues Proposed Exemption for TIC Properties

Certain Realtors May Be Compensated by Securitized TIC Sponsors

--SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA--The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued a proposed exemption that would authorize securitized tenant-in-common (TIC) investment property sponsors to compensate certain licensed real estate professionals involved in tenant-in-common (TIC) investment property transactions.
