Steven W. Monk Hired as VP and Regional Manager
Exeter Expands Into Central California Market
April 22, 2006--San Diego, California--Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC announced today that it has hired Steven W. Monk as vice president and regional manager.
Mr. Monk will lead our company's Central Valley, San Joaquin Valley and Northern California sales and marketing operations. Mr. Monk will be headquartered in the Fresno Branch Office located at 516 West Shaw Avenue, Suite 200, Frenso, CA 93704.
