April 25, 2006--San Diego, California--Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC announced today that it has hired Suzanne M. Davis as assistant vice president and national 1031 exchange operations manager.
Ms. Davis will lead our National 1031 Exchange Operations Group located in our national corporate headquarters office at 402 West Broadway, Suite 400, San Diego, CA 92101. Suzanne has day-to-day management responsibility for financial services, cash management, financial and regulatory reporting and trust and corporate accounting operations for our national tax-deferred like-kind exchange operations. She reports directly to William L. Exeter, president and chief executive officer, Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC.
